ROLE And RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·        As 4th Engineer

                       Watch keeper.

                        Carry out Maintenance activities to the following systems:

                        High Pressure Hydraulics (winches, cranes, derricks,

                        servo), Pneumatics (Air Supply), Power Generation,

                        Fuel/Lube Oil Purification, Oil and other liquids

                        Transference and supply, Steam Generation,

                        Turbines/Crude Oil discharge mechanism.

                  Maintenance Officer for safety equipments like Life boat,

                  fire extinguishers, breathing apparatus, blowers, funnel flaps,

                  emergency fire pump and emergency generator and other machineries as

                  required.  

·        Autocad Engineer

Structural drawings of ship,T.M.Reports,plotting the drawings.
